All supplements fall under the “Food Category” classification and cannot be restocked like clothing. However, our retail customers can receive a one-time refund on their first order only and for only one qualified item of the same kind. Qualified items are supplements sold in one-month serving sizes. No refunds offered on BULK packaged products or shipping and handling fees. Please be aware of this policy if you purchase multiple bottles on your first order. You must call Customer Service at +44 7577 073606 to obtain a RA# (Return Authorization Number) that must be on the return package to identify you get proper credit. You must mail (with postage paid by you) the qualified items to Exceptional Health Products, 412 N Redbud Ave, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma 74012. Include the RA#, your name, address, phone number and reason for return. Once we receive the items back, we will refund the amount you paid for the qualified items to the original form of payment method used on the initial purchase. Shipping back items without an RA # will delay or could nullify any refund.
